Xero - How do I link my account?

Overview

To authenticate Xero, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Xero email

  • Xero password

This guide will walk you through finding or creating those credentials within Xero.

Prerequisites

Please ensure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:

  • You have Administrator permissions in your Xero instance

Instructions

  1. In the linking window, click Continue and then Next Step to open the Xero connection window

  2. Select which organization you want to connect to and click Continue

  3. The window should close and you should be directed back to the linking window with a success screen showing authorization to your Xero account.

Troubleshooting

If you face an error trying to connect, it may be because you've already connected to our app. To resolve this:

  1. Navigate to the Connected Apps within your Xero organization to check.

  2. If you have already connected to our app, disconnect it and try again into your Xero account and disconnect it.
