Overview

To authenticate QuickBooks Online, you will need to provide the following information:

• QuickBooks Online username

• QuickBooks Online password

This guide will walk you through finding or creating those credentials within QuickBooks Online.

Prerequisites

Please ensure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:

• You have Administrator permissions in your QuickBooks Online instance

Instructions

Step 1: Connect your production or sandbox account

1. Select whether you want to link a production account or a sandbox account

2. Click Continue

Step 2: Authorize your QuickBooks Online account

A new window will open, allowing you to enter your QuickBooks Online credentials to authenticate.

Enter the username and password you use to sign in to QuickBooks Online

Step 3: Select your company

QuickBooks Online may prompt to you select your company that you want to connect after you authenticate.

Please select your company and click next.

Step 4: Complete the connection

The window should close, and you will be redirected to the linking flow showing a successful connection!
