Overview

To authenticate Zoho CRM via OAuth, you will need to provide your Zoho CRM region and account credentials.

Prerequisites

Please ensure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:

  • You have the right administrative access to your company's Zoho CRM instance.

Instructions

Step 1: Select your Zoho CRM region

There are 6 regions (Japan, EU, Indian, Australian, Canadian, and US) available.

If logged into your Zoho CRM account, you can see which region you are in by looking at the URL.

Step 2: Enter your Zoho CRM account credentials

After selecting your region in the previous step and moving forward, you'll be directed to that Zoho CRM region to log in.
