Overview
This guide will walk you through retrieving your API Key and Token in Trello to complete your linking flow
Prerequisites
Please ensure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:
You are an Administrator in your company's Trello instance, or someone has shared their access with you
Instructions
Step 1: Accessing your API key
Log in to your Trello account and then navigate to https://trello.com/app-key
Go to the Power-Up Admin Portal to access your API keys
From here, create a new Power-Up by clicking on New in the top right
Enter in the information for the following fields and then click Create
New Power-Up or Integration
Workspace
Email
Support contact
Author
Click on Generate a new API key
Copy your API key and enter it into Merge Link
Step 2: Copy your API key and enter it into the linking flow
Step 3: Generate your Trello token
On the right side of your API key click on Token to generate your Trello token
Step 4: Copy your token and enter it into the linking flow
