How to get your customers API keys

Merge uses your customers' API credentials to authenticate each integration. We safely store these credentials in our backend, so that your customer does not need to authenticate the integration every time we sync data.

If you would like to access your customer's API credentials please reach out to us over Intercom or at [email protected] so we can securely share them with you.

Note - we require your customer's consent to export their credential information.
