Overview
To authenticate Microsoft Dynamics, you will need to provide the following information:
Tenant ID
Environment name
This guide will walk you through finding those credentials within Microsoft Dynamics.
Prerequisites
Please ensure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:
You have Administrator or Manager permissions in your company's Microsoft Dynamics instance or someone has shared their access with you.
Instructions
Step 1: Find your tenant ID and environment name
Log in to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Navigate to Settings > Admin Center.
Within the Admin Center, select the link of the Environment you would like to link.
Copy both the Tenant ID and the Environment Name.
The Tenant ID is found within the "URL", outlined in the red box below.
The Environment Name is found under "Name", outlined in the green box below.
Step 2: Enter the tenant ID and environment name into the linking flow
