How does an account become Idle?
Linked Accounts enter an Idle state if any of the following occurs
The Linked Account has not had a successful sync in 2 weeks
You have not made an inbound request to the Linked Account for 2 weeks
You have not responded to a webhook for the Linked Account in 2 weeks
How do I make an account active again?
There are 2 ways:
If the Linked Account became Idle due to inactivity: Force re-sync the Linked Account through the dashboard or via API, or make an inbound request to Linked Account
If the Linked Account became Idle due to failing syncs: Relink the account
