Overview
This guide will walk you through configuring a Linear administrator's access to read all issues, projects and cycles, including private ones.
Prerequisites
Please ensure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:
You have a Linear user who has administrator-level access. This can be confirmed by clicking on your logo in the top-left corner. Select Settings from the dropdown.
Navigate to Members under Administration. You can now view access levels under Status for each user your account has access to. Ensure the user you will be linking with has its status set to Admin.
Instructions
Step 1: View all teams in Linear
Navigate to Teams under Administration.
Review the Visibility of each team. Click on teams that have their Visibility set to Private.
Step 2: Provision your access to private teams
Navigate to Members for a private team.
Click Add a member and search for your user's email address to add yourself as a member to that team. You will now have access to Linear issues that belong to that team.
