What integrations require Merge customer set up and/or partnerships?

Overview

Some integrations require additional configuration within Merge before your customers can authenticate with their third-party platforms. Additionally, a few providers require Merge customers to apply for a partnership in order to access their APIs through Merge. This article outlines everything you need to know so you can get set up smoothly and successfully!

This is an SFTP-based integration.

Requires a partnership. Please reach out to your Merge CSM for more information. If you have a partnership in place, you can follow this guide on how to set up your partner credentials.

Rippling

Requires a partnership. Guide explains how to apply for a Rippling partnership and be added to the App Shop.

Gusto

Requires a partnership. Guide explains how to apply to become an approved integration partner with Gusto .

Lattice HRIS

Requires a Lattice partnership. Please reach out to [email protected] or your CSM to get more information

Paychex

If pay data is needed, then a partnership is recommended.

While not required, it is recommended that you become an ISV partner. If you are a partner, follow this guide on how to add your partner credentials to Merge.

If you are not an ISV partner, your customers will need their own Web Service Developer License which could incur fees. If you do not have a partnership already, get started here.
