HiBob - Troubleshooting "No Fields Found" in Field Mappings

If you're seeing "No Fields Found" or missing fields when setting up field mappings for your HiBob integration, this usually indicates that the required data permissions haven't been properly configured in HiBob. Here's how to resolve this issue:
Check HiBob permissions
The most common cause is insufficient permissions for the service user in HiBob. Make sure the following permissions are enabled in your HiBob Permission Group:
People > Home - Required for personal information like gender and basic employee details
People > Work - Required for job titles, departments, and manager information
People Data - Required for custom fields
Steps to configure permissions
Log into HiBob as an administrator
Navigate to Settings > Permission Groups
Select the permission group used for your integration
Under "View" permissions, ensure all relevant sections are enabled
Save your changes
Note: After updating permissions, you may need to wait for the next sync cycle or request a full resync for the changes to take effect.

If you've verified all permissions are correct but still don't see fields:
Verify that there is actual data in your HiBob system for the fields you're trying to map
