Once a customer's account is linked, Merge will begin to send direct API requests to the provider system to pull the necessary data for our normalization. From there, Merge will look to normalize the specific data from the direct API payloads into our Common Model Objects. During this process, Merge will temporarily store the Direct API Payloads which can be searchable in your Logs dashboard! A similar process also occurs with Webhooks setup for your Merge Organization and Linked Accounts that is searchable within your Webhook Logs dashboard!
