Merge now supports Engagements & Engagement Types common models. These two particular common models are intended to represent any historical and/or important interaction with a customer! This could include, but is not limited to, a call, an email, or a meeting.
The Tasks common model represents to-dos in a CRM. It does not mean that something has happened, but tracks what is going to happen! This is similar to our Notes common model, in that these are both typically internal-facing for a CRM user.
