Merge now supports both an Engagement Types Common Model and Engagements Common Model!

The Engagement Types common model object provides high level information about the specifics of a given engagement. Engagement Types can also be used to see the range of possible engagements in a given CRM. This would be returned through the "activity_type" field. This Enum field can include values such as "CALL", "MEETING", "EMAIL", or -in cases where there is no clear mapping - the original value passed through.

The Engagements common model object provides contextual information about a specific interaction. For example, in the response for Engagements, this Engagement's type would be a "CALL"
