Merge offers different sync frequencies depending on your customized Professional or Enterprise plan. The cadence and number of requests varies by integration depending on the intricacies of the API.

To find out the exact frequencies for each integration, Common Model, and frequency (i.e. Daily, Standard, High, Highest), you can check out our documentation and navigate to the Common Model Sync Frequencies tab, which will display all the frequencies for each common model:

If you are on the Free or Launch plan, you'll have the standard Daily sync frequency.

Note: Sync frequencies only affect Fetch requests; Writes sync in real time!
