Overview

The beta status is intended for newly launched integrations. Beta integrations appear in the Merge Configuration section of the Dashboard, but customers cannot activate the integration unless they request access.

Criteria for beta status include:

• The integration has undergone an initial round of QA with our team but doesn't have widespread customer adoption

• If applicable, the underlying API itself is in beta

• Merge has mapped as many fields and models to the integration as possible, excluding advanced features such as writes, patches, custom fields, and webhooks

Please note that if an integration is in beta, the authentication flow in Merge Link is subject to change. Our team will periodically reevaluate the beta integration status based on underlying reliability and data quality.

Getting access to Beta Integrations

Reach out to support or your CSM. We can enable it quickly for you so that it shows up in Merge Link, and there is no additional setup required. However, we may ask a few questions to ensure the integration in its beta state covers your use case.
