How do I access Merge's SOC 2 report?

Merge's SOC 2 report and other security documentation can be accessed through our Trust Center. Here's how to obtain these documents:

Requesting access

  1. Visit the Merge Trust Center at trust.merge.dev

  2. Request access to the SOC 2 report

  3. Complete and sign the required NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) if your company has not already done so

Access to security documentation requires signing an NDA. This is a standard security practice that cannot be bypassed, even for indirect customers or partners.

Important notes

  • Each organization requesting access must sign their own NDA directly with Merge

  • Security documentation cannot be redistributed by partners or customers to third parties

  • Access is typically granted for 365 days once approved
